About Us

Weekend Beer Company is your place to hang out, watch some sports, play a board game, and enjoy quality craft beer. We have snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on hand, and encourage you to support other local restaurants by ordering in, or bring a picnic! We will have local eateries and food trucks featured periodically and are family friendly till 7pm.

We are Veteran and Brewer owned and operated, by two local couples; Brandon and Ashley, Kelsey and Troy.  Brandon, Ashley and Kelsey have been friends since middle school so when we met back up in GP and discovered our same passion for great beer, starting a brewery was a no-brainer. We look forward to giving back to our community that has given us so much. Our family friendly taproom will be right along side our 3bbl brewhouse.  Opening date set for Black Friday, November 23rd, 2018!

A little bit about Kelsey and Troy:

We are thrilled to open a brewery in Kelsey’s hometown! Kelsey graduated from Grants Pass High School and Troy from St. Thomas High School in Houston, Texas. We met at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. We both served 10 years in the Army as Officers and each deployed twice to Afghanistan. Home brewing and brewery hopping has been our passion for quite some time. We separated from the military to create our dream of opening our very own brewery. Kelsey’s hometown was the perfect place to start a business, we cannot wait to share our love of beer with you! We are expecting our first child in April!

A few things about Brandon and Ashley:

The two us grew up here, graduated from Grants Pass High, went off to college and 13 years later, moved back to our hometown of good ol’ GP. Brandon enjoyed home brewing so much, he went off to England to study the art of brewing and decided to make it a career out of it! Our two little girls (and another on the way, due in July!) keep us happy and busy and we could not be more excited to be back in our hometown!

“It’s not that we spend five days looking forward to just two. It’s that most people do what they enjoy most on those two days. Imagine living a life where everyday are your Saturdays and Sundays. Make everyday your weekend. Make everyday a play-day…”
