This year's Fresh Hop is a fragrant, beautifully balanced Pale Ale made with Amarillo hops from Coleman Farms. 

A sessionable citrus Saison, made with Cara Cara orange, makes this slightly tart and refreshing beer a nice addition to our summertime lineup.

Smooth, dark and roasty. Full bodied goodness with rich flavors of dark chocolate, molasses and dried cherry. Also the first beer that ran through our taps when we started this whole shebang in 2018!

Dollar Mountain Pale Ale is our Dollar for Dollar fundraiser for the new Dollar Mountain trail system.

Our rotating kettle sours have a refreshing, agreeable tartness without being overly sour. 

Ashley’s favorite!  This nationally recognized, award winning brew is light, crisp and oh so fresh! This is the lightest of our core beers but is full of flavor and good vibes.  A classic German ale, crisp like a lager with a sweeter and fuller body of an ale.  As a highly drinkable, satisfying beer, we love taking this one down to the river!

Our brewer’s go-to! German for “Weekend” (pronounced “voh-ken-en-duh”) this malt forward German amber ale has hints of chocolate, with a bit of fruitiness due to the yeast. This brewer’s favorite tastes especially great with a Valentino’s burger!

Kelsey’s favorite! Big citrus aromas, clean bitterness, with just enough malt backbone for a nice balanced IPA. Sure to be the perfect backyard party pleaser at your next BBQ!
