BOOK YOUR PRIVATE EVENT AT WEEKEND

Enjoy your own kind of Weekend in our private event area with exclusive access to our outdoor walk-up bar.

PRIVATE EVENT FAQ'S:

CAN I BRING AND SERVE OUTSIDE BEVERAGES?
No, we are required to abide by OLCC guidelines. Therefore, all beverages need to be purchased and served by Weekend.  This includes alcoholic beverages, sodas, juices, water etc. 

WHAT IF I HAVE A LARGE PARTY?
No worries! We can accommodate larger parties with sufficient notice. Larger parties may require an additional beertender (as determined by Weekend staff) at a rate of $75/hour.  

CAN I RENT OUT THE ENTIRE VENUE?
Possibly, fill out the form below with your idea and we can chat about it!

CAN I SET UP A BAR TAB DURING MY PRIVATE EVENT?
Yes, we will work with you to set up what works best for your party. Choose from:

  • drink tokens for each guest

  • no host bar

  • bar tab for the whole night or up to an amount you're comfortable with

CAN THE FOOD TRUCKS CATER MY PRIVATE EVENT?
All of our food trucks are their own separate businesses, so we'll let them answer that one. Reach out to the food trucks individually for pricing and availability. Check out each food truck's page on our site for contact info and days/hours of operation.

CAN I BRING DECORATIONS?
We do need to know what type of decorations you want to bring ahead of time. We include a 30 minute window for set up time prior to your event start date to decorate.  Our staff will not be able to assist in the set up or tear down of decorations. Please include this information in the form below. 

WHAT KIND OF PROPS OR DECORATIONS CAN I BRING?
Some decorations may not be suitable at Weekend so please let us know what you want to bring! All balloons need to be tied down, and confetti is not allowed, including confetti-filled balloons. Banners and signs are welcome as long as they are facing inside the event space. No additional toys or activities are allowed without prior written consent by an owner of Weekend Beer Company. Unauthorized decorations will be removed. Please feel free to ask for clarification in the form below if you have questions!

ARE MINORS ALLOWED?
Yes, Weekend is a family friendly establishment. All minors are permitted until 9pm daily.

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT?
If you have a date in mind, let us know as soon as possible. If you know Weekend, you know we always have something fun going on so your date may not be available if you wait too long. Certain dates may be unavailable for private events or will require an additional charge per hour. This will be communicated to you before booking is secured. 

HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE FOR MY PRIVATE EVENT?
Fill out the form below and we'll get in touch with you soon to confirm pricing and availability.  Then we'll send you a contract to sign with instructions on how to pay the deposit to secure your private event.

Suggested Group Size: 0-85
Base Cost/Hour: $200 Includes:
1 Beertender*

Suggested Group Size: 0-125 Base Cost/Hour: $250 Includes:
2 Beertenders*
