BOOK YOUR PRIVATE EVENT AT WEEKEND

Enjoy your own kind of Weekend in our private event area with exclusive access to our outdoor walk-up bar.

What's included:

Dedicated beer tender and walk-up bar

30 minute set up and tear down at no extra cost

Option to bring your own food or use our food trucks

Outdoor area with optional tables for about 50 people

$100 per hour | 2 hour minimum

PRIVATE EVENT FAQ'S:

CAN I BRING AND SERVE OUTSIDE BEVERAGES?
No, all beverages need to be served by Weekend or made onsite with prior approval. 

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE AT MY PARTY?
No worries! We can accommodate larger parties with sufficient notice. Any party over 50 people may require an additional beertender (as determined by Weekend staff) at a rate of $75/hour.  

CAN I RENT OUT THE ENTIRE VENUE?
Possibly, send us an email at events@weekendbeercompany.com with your idea and we can chat about it!

CAN I SET UP AN OPEN BAR TAB DURING MY PRIVATE EVENT?
Yes, we will work with you to set up what works best for your party. We can offer drink tokens per person or a bar tab up to an amount you're comfortable with. Let us know your preference and we'll work it out!

CAN THE FOOD TRUCKS CATER MY PRIVATE EVENT?
All of our food trucks are their own separate businesses, so we'll let them answer that one. Reach out to the food trucks individually for pricing and availability. Click here for contact info and days/hours of operation.

CAN I BRING DECORATIONS?
Please let us know ahead of time what type of decorations you want to bring. We include a 30 minute window for set up time prior to your event start date to decorate. If you need to start decorating earlier than this, please let us know. Our staff will not be able to assist in the set up or tear down of decorations. 

ARE MINORS ALLOWED?
Yes, Weekend is a family friendly establishment. All minors are permitted till 9pm daily.
